狭香蒲(Typha angustata Bory et Chaub.)雌花序具有抗菌,消炎作用。从其雌花序中分离出十个化合物,其中七个根据物理、化学性质和光谱数据分别鉴定为:香草酸(Ⅰ)、反式对羟基肉桂酸Ⅱ、原儿茶酸(Ⅲ)、甘油单香豆酸酯(Ⅳ)、琥珀酸(Ⅴ)、对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅷ)和D-甘露醇(X)。化合物(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)、 (Ⅲ)、(Ⅳ)和(Ⅹ)为首次从香蒲科植物中分离得到。化合物(Ⅴ)和(Ⅷ)为首次从狭香蒲中分离得到。抑菌实验表明:化合物(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)、(Ⅲ)、(Ⅴ)和(Ⅷ)均具有明显抑菌活性,为狭香蒲雌花序中的主要抗茵活性成分。化合物(Ⅲ)通过初步实验表明具有显著的抗炎作用。
The female inflorescence of Typha angustata Bory et Chaub. has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Thirteen compounds were isolated from their female inflorescences. Seven of them were identified based on physical, chemical, and spectral data: vanillic acid (I), trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid II, protocatechuic acid (III), and glycerol mono. Coumarate (IV), succinic acid (V), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (VIII) and D-mannitol (X). Compounds (I), (II), (III), (IV) and (X) were first isolated from plants of the family Poaceae. Compounds (V) and (VIII) were first isolated from Cattail. The antibacterial experiments showed that compounds (I), (II), (III), (V) and (VIII) all had significant antibacterial activity and were the main antifungal activity components in female inflorescences. Compound (III) showed significant anti-inflammatory effects through preliminary experiments.
