实验在31只兔身上进行。利用自制的刺激电极和微量灌注管对核团进行刺激和微量灌注。观察到一侧孤束核(NTS)和脑干网状结构尾端腹外侧区(cVLM)内微量注入r-氨基丁酸(GABA)后,电刺激NTS引起肾交感神经放电反应(NTS-SND)的抑制效应明显减弱,可持续10~15分钟。说明在兔NTS和cVLM中含有对肾交感神经放电和血压调控的GABA能系统。而NTS对交感神经放电抑制和使血压下降至少部分是通过cVLM中的GABA受体发挥作用的。
Experiments were performed on 31 rabbits. Nuclei were stimulated and microinjected using self-made stimulation electrodes and micropipettes. NTS-SND (NTS-SND) was induced by electrical stimulation of NTS after microinjection of r-aminobutyric acid (GABA) into the nucleus tractus solitarius (NTS) and cVLM ) Inhibitory effect was significantly weakened, sustainable 10 to 15 minutes.
