提出一种采用高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层的预制空心楼板整体化技术,并进行了4组高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层整体化后的预制空心楼板平面外承载力试验,以及6组整体化后的预制空心楼板平面内抗剪试验,结果表明:预制空心楼板采用高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层整体化技术处理后,能够抵御水平向地震作用以及支撑墙体局部坍塌导致的楼板分散坍塌。高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层整体化技术是一项廉价、高效的整体化技术,适用于地震设防地区甚至是强震设防区对装配整体式预制空心楼板的整体化处理。
An integrated hollow prefabricated slab using high performance cement composite mortar and steel mesh was presented. The plane bearing capacity of prefabricated hollow slab after the integration of four high performance cement mortar and steel mesh was studied. The results show that the prefabricated hollow slab can resist the horizontal seismic action and the partial collapse of the supporting wall when the prefabricated hollow slab is treated with the integrated technology of thin layer of high performance cement mortar.
