2016年中央一号文件指出,“大力推进‘互联网+’现代农业,应用物联网、云计算、大数据、移动互联等现代信息技术,推动农业全产业链改造升级。”“互联网”+“现代”是充分利用移动互联网、大数据、云计算、物联网等新一代信息技术与农业的跨界融合,创新基于互联网平台的现代农业新产品、新模式与新业态。以“互联网”+“现代”为驱动,努力打造“信息支撑、管理协同,产出高效、产品安全,资源节约、环境友好”的我国现代农业发展升级版。
