目的分析2012年信阳市食品安全风险监测结果,了解食品安全现状,为采取有针对性的控制措施提供科学依据。方法统计2012年信阳市食品安全风险监测数据,并按照《食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762-2005)、《食品添加剂使用标准》(GB 2760-2011)及相关规定对检测结果进行卫生学评价。结果 2012年共检测样品755份,合格635份;总合格率84.11%;五类食品的合格率分别为97.00%、100.0%、97.30%、77.84%、29.00%。不同类别食品合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信阳市食品添加剂及违法添加禁用物质的现象较为严重,相关部门应加强对食品监管,采取有针对性的控制措施,让消费者能食用到安全卫生的食品。
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of food safety risks in Xinyang in 2012, understand the current situation of food safety and provide a scientific basis for taking targeted control measures. Methods The monitoring data of food safety risks in Xinyang City in 2012 were collected and the hygiene evaluation of the test results was conducted in accordance with the “Limit of Contaminants in Food” (GB 2762-2005) and “Standards for the Use of Food Additives” (GB 2760-2011) and related regulations . Results A total of 755 samples were tested in 2012, 635 were qualified. The total pass rate was 84.11%. The pass rates of the five types of food were 97.00%, 100.0%, 97.30%, 77.84% and 29.00% respectively. Different types of food pass rate difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Xinyang City, food additives and banned substances added more serious phenomenon, the relevant departments should strengthen the supervision of food, take targeted control measures so that consumers can eat safe and hygienic food.
