随着任务的复杂化,多团队系统这种新的组织模式在现实中得到日益广泛的应用,并逐渐成为国内外组织管理领域研究的热点问题之一。应用计算机模拟因果互依型多团队系统任务情境,就共享心智模型对多团队系统绩效的影响进行实证研究。研究发现:组成团队任务型共享心智模型对多团队系统绩效有正向影响,组成团队型共享心智模型对多团队系统绩效无显著影响,不同组成团队其共享心智模型对多团队系统绩效的影响程度不同;领导团队任务型共享心智模型对多团队系统绩效有正向影响,领导团队型共享心智模型对多团队系统绩效无显著影响;多团队系统任务型共享心智模型、团队型共享心智模型对多团队系统绩效均无显著影响。
With the complexity of the task, the new organizational model of multi-team system has been increasingly widely used in reality and has gradually become one of the hot issues in the field of organizational management at home and abroad. Applying the computer to simulate the causal interdependent multi-team system task situation, this paper empirically studies the impact of shared mental model on the performance of multi-team system.
