城市集中供热是城市基础设施之一,具有节约能源、减少污染、有利生产、方便生活的综合经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。供热调度部门需要了解每个小区换热站的运行情况,旧有管理模式需要安排大量人力物力到各小区换热站抄取一次供回水、二次供回水、小区流量等各项供热运行参数,再根据气温做出调整,这种管理方式不但成本高而且工作效率较低,为提高工作效率、降低人工成本,供热调度部门进行了换热站远程监控项目的开发和应用。
