作者将1991年～1998年收治的37例重型颅脑损伤病例总结报告如下。1 临床资料37例患者中,男性24例,女性13例,年龄31岁～76岁,平均58.5岁。受伤类型:车祸22例,坠落3例,摔倒6例,重物直接砸伤6例。受伤后来医院时意识障碍程度:GCS 为12分～9分6例,GCS 小于9分14例,,GCS 为6分～3分17例。头颅 CT 表现:广泛脑挫裂伤伴颅内血肿5例,急性硬膜外血
The authors summarize the 37 cases of severe craniocerebral injury admitted from 1991 to 1998 as follows. A clinical data of 37 patients, 24 males and 13 females, aged 31 years to 76 years, mean 58.5 years. Type of injury: 22 cases of car accident, crashes in 3 cases, fall in 6 cases, 6 cases of heavy objects directly injured. After the injury to the hospital when the degree of consciousness disorders: GCS 12 points to 9 points in 6 cases, GCS less than 9 points in 14 cases, GCS 6 points to 3 points in 17 cases. Head CT manifestations: extensive cerebral contusion with intracranial hematoma in 5 cases, acute epidural blood
