几年前通过体内研究已探讨了甲腺激素代谢对中枢神经系统的影响。近来曾对大鼠脑匀浆中碘化甲腺氨酸(ITh)二脱碘途径进行体外研究。为获得关于脱碘酶活性更详细的资料,特别是在脑成熟期者,作者研究了T_4和T_3的单脱碘作用。亦即T_4和T_3的酪氨酸环单脱碘及T_4和γT_3的酚环单脱碘作用。同时研究了时间,温度,pH和不同浓度的底物,辅助因子(巯基),蛋白质及抑制剂这些反应的影响。还研究了发育期间雄性大鼠的8个脑区和垂体前叶的脱碘酶活性。
A few years ago by in vivo studies have explored the thyroid hormone metabolism of the central nervous system. Recently in vitro studies have been conducted in vitro on the ITh deiodination pathway in rat brain homogenates. To obtain more detailed information on deiodinase activity, particularly in brain ripening, the authors investigated the effect of mono-deiodination of T_4 and T_3. That is, the T_4 and T_3 tyrosine monosodium iodide and T_4 and γT_3 phenolic ring monododepotential. Effects of time, temperature, pH and different concentrations of substrate, cofactor (thiol), proteins and inhibitors on these responses were also studied. Deiodinase activity was also studied in 8 brain regions and anterior pituitary of male rats during development.
