针对常规比例阀建模的局限性,为比例阀模型建立非线性等式,获得关于阀芯几何属性和物理模型参数的统一流量-阀口关系式,得到了能用于分析正中、正遮盖和负遮盖比例阀的流量方程。采用非量纲分析法,验证了统一模型的误差仅依赖于阻尼系数。通过对比例阀的控制分析可知,其仿真频宽为360Hz/-3dB,300Hz/-90o,响应时间为0.025s,而实验频宽达到300Hz/-3dB,与仿真结果基本吻合,具有高频和快速响应特性,能很好地满足高速比例阀系统的要求。
In view of the limitations of conventional proportional valve modeling, a non-linear equation is established for the proportional valve model to obtain a uniform flow-valve relationship for the valve geometry and physical model parameters, Negative cover proportional valve flow equation. Using non-dimensional analysis method, it is verified that the error of the unified model only depends on the damping coefficient. The control analysis of the proportional valve shows that the simulation bandwidth is 360Hz / -3dB, 300Hz / -90o, the response time is 0.025s, and the experimental bandwidth is up to 300Hz / -3dB, which is in good agreement with the simulation results. Fast response characteristics, can well meet the requirements of high-speed proportional valve system.
