薄壁预应力屋面结构之所以采用聚合物混凝土,其理由在于掺胶乳混凝土的性能良好。以前,掺胶乳的聚合物水泥混凝土基本上用于制造工业厂房地面,以及屋面结构的防水保护层,还用于修复混凝土路面和飞机场的地面。由于这种混凝土含有占水泥重量15-20%(以干固物计)的胶乳,并有很高的塑性,而且徐变也比普通混凝土高若干倍。所以,围护结构和承重结构都不能采用。
The reason why the use of polymer concrete for thin-walled prestressed roof structures is due to the good performance of concrete blended with latex. In the past, polymer cement concrete mixed with latex was basically used for the manufacture of industrial plant floors, as well as waterproof protective layers for roof structures, and also for repairing the concrete pavement and the ground of an airport. Because this type of concrete contains 15-20% (based on the dry solids) of the cement, it has a very high plasticity, and its creep is several times higher than that of ordinary concrete. Therefore, neither the envelope structure nor the load-bearing structure can be used.
