班主任工作是一项涉及多种方面的活动,其中不单单包括有教育学、管理学和心理学等因素,与教师的自身专业知识和实际的教学活动质量效果还具有紧密联系。尤其是在当今教学工作改革大浪潮的推动下,教学工作往往被赋予了更多的意义。班主任工作的复杂性与专业性也逐渐凸显出来。所以必须要针对班主任工作的专业性和复杂性进行研究分析,弄清楚班主任工作复杂性和专业性的主要表现方面,对整个班主任工作进行引导,从而有助于提高整个学生管理质量和教学活动的质量。
The class teacher’s job is a multi-faceted activity that includes not only pedagogy, management science and psychology but also the teacher’s own professional knowledge and the actual quality of teaching activities. Especially in the current tide of teaching reform, driven by the teaching work is often given more meaning. The complexity and professionalism of the teacher in charge of class have gradually become clear.
