为了对1500升强制式混凝土搅拌机的搅拌楼进行改造,我们设计安装了一套电气控制系统,使搅拌楼的后台上料、称量、搅拌及出料全部实现了自动化。砂石料在堆场上堆放,靠近尽端挡墙有出料口与固定式皮带运输机相联。砂石各用一台13千瓦皮带运输机提升至搅拌楼顶层,直接送到称量斗内。水泥贮于库内水泥罐中,利用螺旋输送器提升到顶层称量斗内,三个称量斗的斗门开关状态均由牵引磁铁控制。为使线路简单和维修方便,称量部分采用水银开关控制。
In order to reconstruct the mixing tower of the 1500-liter forced concrete mixer, we designed and installed an electrical control system to fully automate the loading, weighing, mixing, and discharging of the mixing tower. Sand and gravel are piled on the yard, with a discharge port near the end wall and a fixed belt conveyor. Each gravel is lifted to the top of the mixing tower with a 13-kilowatt belt conveyor and sent directly to the weighing hopper. The cement is stored in a cement tank inside the tank and lifted into the top-level weighing bucket by an auger. The three buckets are controlled by traction magnets. In order to make the circuit simple and easy to maintain, the weighing part is controlled by a mercury switch.
