齿轮在传动中可能出现若干共振区,从而使某噪声加剧,而目前国内外有关齿轮噪声的计算公式,由于忽略了共振现象和未考虑齿轮自身的阻尼与结构对于抗振性的影响,有时计算误差甚大。本文通过大量试验,在分析其动态特性的基础上,导出了对齿轮噪声计算法的修正公式;作为该公式的一个应用,又导出了齿轮声阻尼环减噪效果的估算方法。在本文试验条件下,理论与实测数据基本相符。
Gear may appear in the transmission of a number of resonance region, so that a noise exacerbated, and the current domestic and international gear noise formula, due to neglect of the resonance phenomenon and did not consider the gear’s own damping and structure of the anti-vibration effect, and sometimes calculated The error is very big. Based on a large number of experiments, this paper deduces the correction formula of the calculation method of gear noise based on the analysis of its dynamic characteristics. As an application of the formula, the method of estimating the noise reduction effect of the gear damping ring is deduced. Under the experimental conditions in this paper, the theoretical and measured data are basically consistent.
