一、引言麻疹减毒活疫苗的应用对控制和消灭麻疹传染病具有极为重要的作用。我区几年来使用麻疹疫苗后,麻疹的发病率有了明显的下降。但由于麻疹疫苗对热不稳定,过去免疫的常规方法是皮下注射,给在短期内、大规模的免疫完毕带来一定困难,影响了免疫效果。国内外已有用气雾免疫的报告。为了提供一种新的、快速而有效的免疫途径,加快我区消灭麻疹计划的实现,我们进行了麻疹疫苗的气雾免疫、无针注射免疫
I. INTRODUCTION The application of live attenuated measles vaccine has an extremely important role in controlling and eliminating measles-related infectious diseases. The incidence of measles has dropped significantly after using measles vaccine in our area in recent years. However, because measles vaccine is unstable to heat, the conventional method of past immunization is subcutaneous injection, which brings about some difficulties in short-term and large-scale immunization and affects the immunization effect.
