针对胶带输送机转载点煤尘运动的特殊性,提出并设计了煤尘自动监测与喷雾降尘系统,由粉尘浓度自动分析系统、自动喷雾系统、浓度超限报警系统和远程控制系统组成,该系统根据安装在运煤胶带或转载点上方,通过煤炭湿度传感器和粉尘浓度传感器监测煤炭湿度和粉尘浓度,并根据煤炭湿度的大小通过自动防尘控制箱合理控制洒水喷雾电磁阀的开启或关闭,在确保防降尘效果的同时大大降低了用水量,克服了以往因洒水过量造成皮带打滑、运输巷道积水等一系列问题,实现了井下防降尘智能、高效、合理的目的,实践证明,该系统结构简单、合理、经济、有效。
