为评价滁菊水提液抗氧化活性,采用还原力、清除羟基自由基及DPPH能力、抑制卵黄脂质过氧化能力等方法,以Vc为对照进行研究。结果表明:滁菊水提液能有效的清除羟基自由基及DPPH,具有较强的还原能力,可以很好抑制卵黄脂质过氧化;在一定浓度范围内其抗氧化能力随浓度的增加而增强。因此,可以将滁菊水提液开发为抗氧化健康饮品。
In order to evaluate the antioxidant activity of aqueous extract of Chu Ju, reducing power, scavenging hydroxyl radical and DPPH capacity, inhibition of yolk lipid peroxidation and other methods to Vc as a control study. The results showed that the aqueous extract of Chu Ju could effectively remove hydroxyl radicals and DPPH, and had a strong reducing ability, which could well inhibit the lipid peroxidation of yolk. Antioxidant capacity of chrysanthemum increased with the increase of concentration at a certain concentration range. Therefore, it is possible to develop Chu Ju water extract into antioxidant health drink.
