鉄路沿綫灰坑及机务段检查坑,几年来发生不少問題,效果不好、損坏率高。为了总結經驗,提高标准設計质量,鉄路专业設计院曾于62年組織技术力量深入現場調查研究,并吸收齐局、沈局及第一設計院等有关部門的研究成果,对灰坑、检查坑标准設計进行了修改,按不同的使用条件編制了五套新的标准設計。灰坑、检查坑存在的問題,按调查資料可归納为以下几方面; (一)使用方面, 1. 灰坑、检查坑不分使用条件的不同,乱用乱建。 2. 灰坑、检查坑的基本尺寸,无一定标准;深、浅、寬、窄、长、短各不一致,水鹤与灰坑距离也无标准。 3. 坑牆裂縫、或断裂、或混凝土剝落。 4. 排水堵塞,寒冷地区坑側土壤冻涨。 5. 鋼軌扣件松动,軌平軌距存在偏差。

Ash pits, check the existence of pit problems, according to the survey data can be summarized as the following aspects: (a) use, 1. ash pits, check the pit regardless of the conditions of use of different chaos with chaos. 2 ash pits, check the basic size of the pit, there is no certain standard; deep, shallow, wide, narrow, long, short and inconsistent, water crane and ash pit distance nor standard. 3. Pit wall cracks, or fracture, or concrete spalling. 4. Drainage blockage, cold area pit side soil frost up. 5. Rail fastener loose, rail flat gauge there is deviation.
