前言磷是植物主要的营养元素之一。当磷肥施入土壤后,有效磷很快因土壤化学吸收、物理化学吸收、生物吸收等作用而固定,加上磷在土壤中的扩散系数低,植物难以利用。不同的土壤类型,由于其性质不同,对磷的固定能力也不同。不同的土壤在不同的温度下,对固定磷的能力也有一定的影响。为了弄清不同性质的土壤对磷的固定能力的差异和不同土壤在不同温度条件下对阎定磷能力的影响,我们应用放射性同位素~(32)P 研究四川省六种土壤固定磷
Introduction Phosphorus is one of the plant’s main nutrients. When phosphate fertilizer is applied to the soil, the available phosphorus is quickly fixed by the effects of soil chemical absorption, physicochemical absorption, and bio-absorption, and the low diffusion coefficient of phosphorus in the soil makes it difficult for the plant to utilize it. Different soil types, due to their different nature, have different ability to fix phosphorus. Different soils have different effects on the ability to immobilize phosphorus at different temperatures. In order to understand the difference of fixing ability of phosphorus in different soil types and the effect of different soil on the ability of Yan Ding-P in different temperature conditions, we used radioactive isotope (32) P to study the effect of six fixed-phosphorus
