目的探讨骨髓活检对诊断骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的临床意义。方法采用一步抽吸-活检技术。结果粒系、巨核系病态造血的检出率,骨髓活检高于骨髓涂片;红系病态造血的检出率,骨髓涂片高于骨髓活检。免疫酶标染色法对微小巨核细胞的检出率高于瑞氏染色法。结论骨髓活检与骨髓涂片同步分析及联合应用免疫酶标染色法检测微小巨核细胞明显提高MDS诊断的准确性。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of bone marrow biopsy in the diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Methods One-step aspiration-biopsy technique was used. Results The detection rate of morbid hematopoiesis in myeloid and megakaryocyte was higher than that in bone marrow biopsy. The detection rate of erythroid morbid hematopoiesis was higher in bone marrow smears than in bone marrow biopsy. Immunoenzyme staining for the detection rate of micromegakaryocytes than Wright staining. Conclusions Simultaneous analysis of bone marrow biopsy and bone marrow smear and the combination of immunoenzyme staining with micro-megakaryocytes can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of MDS.
