本文介绍一种用微处理机辅助误差修正提高感应同步器数显机床定位精度的方法。用双频激光干涉仪自动测出机床的定位误差,经数据处理建立误差修正表,存入微处理机的EPROM内。当机床座标位置处于目标补偿点时,微处理机从误差修正表中取出相应的误差修正量,并发出相应的误差修正脉冲,通过一套误差修正电路,修正机床数显装置的计数脉冲,以达到补偿数显机床定位误差的目的。理论分析和实验结果都表明用这种方法可望大幅度提高机床和仪器的定位精度。
This article describes a microprocessor-based error correction method to improve the positioning accuracy of the induction synchronizer digital display machine. Dual-frequency laser interferometer automatically measure the positioning error of the machine, the data processing to establish error correction table, stored in the microprocessor EPROM. When the machine coordinate position is at the target compensation point, the microprocessor takes out the corresponding error correction amount from the error correction table and sends the corresponding error correction pulse. Through a set of error correction circuit, the microprocessor counts the count pulse of the digital display device, In order to achieve the purpose of compensating the positioning error of digital display machine. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this method is expected to greatly improve the positioning accuracy of machine tools and instruments.
