将辩论引入高职院校法律专业课堂,是提高学生法律素养和职业技能的重要举措。“辩论式”教学法打破了传统教师主导的教学模式,它是以学生为主体,与其他教学方法相比,在启迪学生思维、开发学生学习潜能、培养学生法律职业素养、提高学生实践技能等方面具有传统教学所不具备的优点。笔者结合自己多年的教学实践,对法律专业基础课程改革进行了初步的研究与探讨,分析了辩论式教学法的意义及在教学中的应用,以期能对法律基础课的改革有所借鉴。
Introducing the debate into the legal profession in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to improve students’ legal literacy and vocational skills. Compared with other teaching methods, the “debating style” teaching method breaks the traditional teacher-led teaching mode. It not only inspires students ’thinking, develops the potential of students’ learning, cultivates students ’legal professional qualities, and improves students’ practice Skills and other aspects of the traditional teaching does not have the advantages. Based on my years of teaching practice, the author conducts a preliminary study and discussion on the reform of the basic courses of legal profession. It analyzes the significance of the debating teaching method and its application in teaching so as to draw lessons from the reform of basic law courses.
