在田间和实验室采用捣碎菌丝体接种,黑麦粒接种和草酸浸根3种方法分别对15个甘蓝型(BrassicanapusL.)春油菜品种(系)进行了抗(耐)菌核病性(Sclerotiniasclerotiorum)的鉴定。结果没有发现高抗基因型,但是甘蓝型品种(系)之间存在着感染菌核病轻重程度的显著差异。15个甘蓝型品种(系)在田间和实验室3种方法鉴定试验中感染菌核病的轻重程度排列顺序基本相似。田间鉴定方法与实验室3种鉴定方法之间存在着显著相关关系。
15 kinds of Brassicanapus L. spring rape cultivars (lines) were tested for resistance to (sclerotium) sclerotinia in field and laboratory by using the methods of mashed mycelia inoculation, rye seed inoculation and oxalate immersion. (Sclerotiniasclerotiorum) identification. No high resistant genotypes were found, but there was a significant difference in the severity of susceptible sclerotinosis between the Brassica varieties (lines). The rank order of severity of sclerotinia in 15 cabbage varieties (lines) in field and laboratory identification test was similar. There was a significant correlation between field identification methods and laboratory identification methods.
