我校一辆北京牌面包车,近期送修后,连续发生两次连杆瓦烧蚀故障,经第三次修理,仍有轻微敲瓦声。为查出原因,彻底排除故障,我们亲自拆机进行检查,发现五道主轴瓦四道连杆瓦均有不同程度的合金脱落现象.机油盘中的较多多金属末子。经了解.修理部门为节约机油.两次修理后均没有彻底更换机油。又听驾驶员反映,机油压力一直偏低。打开主油道限压阀发现.只有限压弹簧而无限压柱塞,限压弹簧上沾有较多的絮状杂物。由于机油压力偏低(主要原因).机油中又有大量金属
