采用ELISA法对非洲201例(0.2~15岁)无并发症恶性疟患儿、178例(0.5~9岁)非致命性及致命性脑型疟患儿和178例(0.3~16岁)非疟疾患儿进行了TNF,IL-1α和IFN-γ的测定,并同时观察了血浆葡萄糖及原虫血症水平。第一组(就诊后4h内采血)110例脑型疟中,死亡28例,占25.5%;第二组(就诊1d后采血)的68例脑型疟中,死亡6例。非疟疾患儿90%诊断为感染性疾病,包括急性呼吸道感染、胃肠炎、中耳炎、高热惊厥等疾病,其中8例死亡。测
A total of 178 non-fatal and deadly falciparum malaria cases and 178 infants (aged 0.3 to 16 years) were enrolled in this study from 201 children (0.2 to 15 years old) with no complication of falciparum malaria and 178 (from 0.5 to 9 years) The levels of TNF, IL-1α and IFN-γ in children with malaria were measured.
