由[Ag3L2(CH3CN)2](PF6)3(1,L=bis(N-pyridylimidazoliumyl)methane)通过金属转移反应合成了含有氮杂环卡宾配体的金银混合原子簇化合物,[Au2AgL2(CH3CN)2](PF6)3(2)和[Au4AgL4](PF6)5(3),用X-射线单晶衍射确定了2和3的晶体结构。化合物1和2结构相同,3个金属原子三角形排列。化合物3中5个金属原子呈链状排列,其中银原子居于中间。这些化合物在室温下分别在417,415和457 cm-1处表现荧光。用MTT实验方法研究了对HuH7,C6和A375肿瘤细胞的毒性,其毒性顺序为1>2>3与这些化合物中银含量顺序相一致。
A mixed cluster of gold and silver containing nitrogen heterocyclic carbene ligands was synthesized from [Ag3L2 (CH3CN) 2] (PF6) 3 (1, L = bis (N-pyridylimidazoliumyl) methane) by a metal transfer reaction [Au2AgL2 ) 2] (PF6) 3 (2) and [Au4AgL4] (PF6) 5 (3) were used to determine the crystal structure of 2 and 3 by X-ray single crystal diffraction. Compounds 1 and 2 have the same structure, and three metal atoms are arranged in a triangle. Five metal atoms in compound 3 are arranged in chains, with the silver atoms in the middle. These compounds show fluorescence at 417, 415 and 457 cm-1, respectively, at room temperature. The toxicity of HuH7, C6 and A375 tumor cells was studied by MTT assay in the order of 1> 2> 3 in agreement with the silver content of these compounds.
