本文介绍了一种新的X射线定量相分析方法,即首先计算出参考强度比值。再模拟样品的真实物理状态和试验条件对计算值进行修正(包括显微吸收、择尤取向、单色器和自动发散狭缝等)。用此修正值作X射线定量相分析时,可以显著提高分析结果的准确度。只要知道物相有关的晶体结构参数,就可以用本方法完成各种样品的定量分析,还可以检验实际测量的参考强度比值的准确度及解析误差来源。
In this paper, a new method of X-ray quantitative phase analysis is introduced, which first calculates the reference intensity ratio. Then simulate the real physical state of the sample and the experimental conditions to correct the calculated value (including the micro absorption, the preferred direction, monochromator and automatic divergence slit, etc.). With this correction for X-ray quantitative phase analysis, the accuracy of the analytical results can be significantly improved. As long as you know the crystal structure parameters of the phase, you can use this method to complete a variety of sample quantitative analysis, you can also test the accuracy of the actual measurement of the reference intensity ratio and the source of analytical error.
