安乃近系由4-甲氨基安替比林(简称MAA)与甲醛及亚硫酸氢钠缩合而成。它在水溶液中又易水解成MAA、甲醛及亚硫酸氢钠,MAA及甲醛又能够缩合为亚甲基双-4-甲氨基安替比林(简称双MAA)。由此可知在安乃近原料药及注射液中检查甲醛可以反映出产品质量情况。曾有人用品红亚硫酸比色法测定安乃近中的甲醛含量,但操作烦琐、并有杂质干扰。本文采用气相层析法,用GDX为固定相,能满意地分离分析甲醛,最低检出量为0.8ppm,回收率在96%以上。
Analgin is the Department of 4 - methylamino antipyrine (MAA) and formaldehyde and sodium bisulfite condensation formed. It is easily hydrolyzed to MAA, formaldehyde and sodium bisulfite in aqueous solution, and MAA and formaldehyde can be condensed to methylene bis-4-methylaminoantipyrine (double MAA). It can be seen in Analgin drug and injection of formaldehyde can reflect the quality of the product. Some people have been using colorimetric assay of metamizole formaldehyde content, but cumbersome operation, and impurity interference. In this paper, gas chromatography, GDX as the stationary phase, can be satisfactorily separated and analyzed formaldehyde, the minimum detection rate of 0.8ppm, the recovery rate of 96% or more.
