在分析各类喷油速率控制方法的基础上提出了一种利用柱塞泄流与电磁阀控制相结合调节初期喷油速率的新方法,介绍了该方法的控制原理和结构特点,进行了喷油速率控制的匹配试验,研究了泄流槽尺寸、转速和喷油定时等对喷油速率特性的影响。研究结果表明,该方法在时间控制式电控柴油喷射系统中对初期喷油速率以及高速小油量的控制方面具有实际有效的作用。
Based on the analysis of various injection rate control methods, a new method of adjusting the initial injection rate by using the combination of plunger discharge and solenoid valve control is proposed. The control principle and structural characteristics of the method are introduced. Oil rate control of the match test to study the discharge slot size, speed and injection timing of the injection rate characteristics. The results show that this method is effective in controlling the initial injection rate and high speed and small amount of oil in the time-controlled electronic diesel injection system.
