目的探讨 6 30nm半导体激光体外照射对S180腹水瘤肿瘤细胞的影响方法用输出功率 2W、不同功率密度 (10 0、2 0 0、2 5 0mW/cm2 )不同的照光时间 (2 0、15、10、5、3min)的半导体激光照射S180腹水瘤肿瘤细胞 ,照光后继续培养 2 4小时。观察照光前后不同时间段的细胞形态改变。用流式细胞技术测定照光前后S180腹水瘤肿瘤细胞的凋亡情况。结果 :1.实验组与对照组细胞在照光前后各时间段 (照光前、后即刻、培养 2 4小时 )的细胞形态相比较无明显改变。 2 .实验组与对照组细胞经流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡情况无明显差异。结论 :单用光动力学治疗剂量的 6 30nm半导体激光对体外肿瘤细胞无明显杀伤作用 ,且不诱导S180腹水瘤肿瘤细胞发生凋亡。
Objective To investigate the effect of 6 30nm semiconductor laser irradiation on tumor cells of S180 ascites tumor cells.METHODS The irradiation time of different tumor cells with different power density (10 0,2 0 0,2 5 0 mW / cm 2) , 5,3min) of the semiconductor laser irradiation S180 ascites tumor cells, continue to train 24 hours after light. Observation of light before and after different periods of cell morphology changes. Flow cytometry was used to determine the apoptosis of tumor cells before and after S180 ascites tumor. There was no significant change in the cell morphology between the experimental group and the control group before and after irradiation (before, after, 24 hours). There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in detecting apoptosis by flow cytometry. CONCLUSION: The single photodynamic therapy dose of 6 30 nm semiconductor laser has no obvious killing effect on tumor cells in vitro, and does not induce the apoptosis of S180 ascites tumor cells.
