我国加入WTO以后 ,无论是从公安机关面临的打击控制犯罪的艰巨任务看 ,还是从侦查工作法治化建设看 ,都对刑事技术工作提出了新的要求。为此 ,公安机关必须正视当前刑事技术工作与入世要求存在的差距 ,采取强有力的措施 ,重视和加强刑事技术建设 ,提高刑事技术工作水平 ,适应入世挑战 After China’s accession to the WTO, both from the arduous task of the public security organs in cracking down crime control or from the legal construction of criminal investigation, all have put forward new requirements on the criminal technical work.
