硬质合金作为制作模具的常用材料,经常需要对其进行线切割加工。在加工时循环使用的电火花线切割工作液会使硬质合金表层的组织成分发生变化,以至影响硬质合金模具的使用寿命。本文借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDX)等设备,研究了线切割工作液添加剂对硬质合金的影响。研究结果表明:在线切割加工过程中,硬质合金与使用的工作液会发生相互扩散作用,工作液中的元素会渗入硬质合金的表面,使硬质合金发生扩散磨损,尤其是铁元素的扩散导致硬质合金的硬度、耐磨性明显降低,从而导致工作寿命降低。
Carbide as a common material used in the production of molds, often need to be wire cutting. Recycling in the processing of WEDM working fluid will change the composition of the surface of the cemented carbide structure, and even affect the life of the carbide die. In this paper, with the help of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer (EDX) and other equipment, the effects of wire cutting working fluid additives on cemented carbide were studied. The results show that during the process of on-line cutting, the interaction between the cemented carbide and the used working solution will interdiffuse, and the elements in the working solution will infiltrate the cemented carbide surface to make the cemented carbide diffuse and wear, especially the iron Diffusion lead to the hardness of hardmetal, wear resistance decreased significantly, resulting in reduced working life.
