目的:观察注射用鼠神经生长因子和脑康复理疗治疗注意缺陷多动障碍患儿前后脑电生理的变化。方法:24例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿,给予注射用鼠神经生长因子、经颅磁刺激治疗、脑超声波扫描治疗、经络导平治疗等康复治疗4个疗程,比较治疗前后的脑干听觉诱发电位和脑电图的改变。结果:①脑电图治疗前正常12例,界线和异常12例,治疗后正常17例,界线和异常7例,有5例患儿脑电图恢复正常。②脑干听觉诱发电位治疗前双耳都正常9例,异常15例,其中异常表现数47例次;治疗后双耳都正常15例、异常9例,异常表现数31例次;有6例患儿恢复正常。③治疗后临床疗效评定显效7例、有效12例、无效5例。结论:注射用鼠神经生长因子和神经康复治疗可以改善注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的脑电生理异常,促进临床症状好转。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of electroencephalogram (EEG) in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder after injection of nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain rehabilitation therapy. Methods: Twenty-four children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) were given 4 courses of rehabilitation treatment, such as injection of nerve growth factor (NGF), transcranial magnetic stimulation, brain ultrasound scan and meridian guided therapy. The brainstem auditory evoked Potential and EEG changes. Results: ① EEG normal before treatment in 12 cases, 12 cases of borderline and abnormalities, 17 cases of normal after treatment, borderline and abnormalities in 7 cases, 5 cases of EEG children returned to normal. ② Brainstem auditory evoked potentials before treatment were normal in both ears in 9 cases, abnormal in 15 cases, of which the number of abnormalities in 47 cases; after treatment, both ears were normal in 15 cases, abnormalities in 9 cases, abnormal expression number 31 cases; 6 cases Children returned to normal. ③ After treatment, the clinical curative effect appraisal was markedly effective in 7 cases, effective in 12 cases and ineffective in 5 cases. Conclusion: Injection of nerve growth factor (NGF) and neurorehabilitation therapy can improve the electrophysiological abnormalities in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and improve the clinical symptoms.
