为了提高物料搬运机器人的远程诊断及技术服务、技术支持、运行维护水平,本文提出了基于物联网技术的移动搬运机器人远程服务系统。将该系统划分为车间层、网络层、设备厂商三大层次,分别完成对移动搬运机器人的状态数据的采集、传输、分析计算和统计。并设计有针对服务对象的客户端应用以及针对设备厂人员的客户端。移动搬运机器人远程服务系统的建立可及时有效地发现移动搬运机器人运行中的问题,实时掌握运行状态,定时向用户发送维护与保养信息,降低了移动搬运机器人的故障率,及时快速的远程维护降低了故障时对生产影响的程度。
