本文介绍采用脉冲熔化极氩弧焊焊接奥氏体不锈钢的试验情况。试验表明,对于直径小于500毫米的薄壁筒罐体环缝的焊接,采用脉冲熔化极氩弧焊易于实现自动焊,而且能做到悬空单面焊双面成形。 文中还对保护气体的选用进行了比较试验。试验结果证明,由于电弧不稳定,焊缝成形差,不宜采用纯Ar作为保护气体;采用98~99%Ar+1~2%O_2和95~97%Ar+3~5%CO_2两种混合气体,均能使电弧稳定燃烧,改善焊缝成形,只要规范掌握适当,焊缝质量都能达到技术要求。
This article describes the use of pulse melting argon arc welding austenitic stainless steel test situation. Experiments show that for the welding of the thin-walled can body girth with the diameter of less than 500 mm, it is easy to realize the automatic welding by the pulsed TIG welding, and the double-side forming can be done in the single-side welding. The paper also compares the selection of protective gas. The experimental results show that pure Ar is not suitable as the shielding gas due to unstable arc and poor weld formability. The mixed gas of 98% ~ 99% Ar + 1% ~ 2% O_2 and 95% ~ 97% Ar + 3% ~ 5% , Can make the arc stable combustion, improve the weld forming, as long as the proper specification to ensure the quality of the weld can meet the technical requirements.
