目的 了解Tip Edge差动直丝弓技术对成人安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合患者软组织侧貌的改善程度。方法 对13例平均年龄为 2 4.3岁的成人安Ⅱ1类错牙合患者治疗前后用Tip Edge差动直丝弓技术进行诊疗 ,并于头颅侧位片。参照Arnett的软组织测量分析法进行分析测量 ,所得数据行统计学t检验。结果 经Tip Edge技术治疗后上下中切牙明显内收 (P <0 .0 1) ,上下唇距TVL之距分别减低 2 .14mm、2 .5 6mm ,上切牙与上唇突点内收之比为 1.74∶1,下唇凹点距TVL之距平均减少 2 .15mm ,同时唇间沟距亦明显减低 ,而上下唇长则存在明显增长趋势。结论 Tip Edge差动直丝弓技术可通过有控制的内收前牙使唇部软组织逐渐趋于平坦 ,从而有效改善其软组织侧貌
Objective To investigate the improvement of soft tissue profile in patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion using Tip Edge differential linear arch technique. Methods Thirteen patients with type Ⅱ 1 malocclusion were treated with Tip Edge differential linear arch technique before and after treatment. With reference to Arnett's soft tissue measurement and analysis method for analysis and measurement, the data obtained were statistically t test. Results After Tip Edge technique, the upper and lower incisors were significantly adducted (P <0.01), and the distance between the upper and lower lip and TVL decreased by 2.14mm and 2.55mm, respectively. The upper incisors and upper lip were adducted Ratio of 1.74: 1, the average distance between lower lip and TVL decreased by 2.15mm, meanwhile, the inter-labial distance was significantly reduced, while the length of upper and lower lip was significantly increased. Conclusions The Tip Edge differential linear arch technique can gradually soften the soft tissue of the lips through the controlled adduction of the anterior teeth so as to effectively improve the soft tissue profile
