Objective To further reduce the incidence of pain and adverse events in infants, analyze and explore the value and significance of indwelling needle venipuncture during the infusion. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, 288 pediatric patients receiving pediatric treatment were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group, in which 144 cases of infants in the observation group were infused In the process, indwelling needle venous puncture infusion, control group of 144 cases of infants through the scalp needle infusion during infusion, the satisfaction of different infusion methods and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results After statistical analysis, the satisfaction of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the parents in the control group (P <0.05). The infusion rate in the observation group In the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Pediatric intravenous infusion of indwelling needle during the course of treatment not only alleviates the pain of children, but also increases the satisfaction of parents with the course of treatment and reduces the incidence of adverse events, so it is worth learning from.
