本文是前文工作的继续。这里我们遇到的情况是试剂中的杂质不仅与金属离子形成络合物,而且络合物有色,这样它的吸收必将加入试剂-金属络合物的吸收中去,因而前述方法不再适用。这里我们采取了杂质加入法,即先加已知量的纯态杂质(杂质中影响最大的一种组分)至商品试样中。而后用它以及原来商品样在相同条件下分别制作摩尔比曲线,并由曲线推导出计算纯度的方法。据此我们拟定实验方法测定了茜素S的纯度,结果令人满意。
This article is the continuation of the previous work. Here we encounter the fact that the impurities in the reagent not only form complexes with the metal ions, but also the complexes are colored so that their absorption is bound to the reagent-metal complex absorption and the above method is no longer applicable . Here we take the impurity addition method, that is, the first known amount of pure impurities (impurities in a component of the most influential) to the commercial sample. And then use it as well as the original product under the same conditions, respectively, the production of molar ratio curve, and derived from the curve to calculate the purity of the method. Based on this, we developed an experimental method to determine the purity of alizarin S, with satisfactory results.
