目的 :探讨白内障病人手术前后的焦虑情绪。方法 :采用焦虑自评量表 (SAS)进行测查。结果 :白内障病人手术前SAS均分明显高于手术后SAS均分 ,有显著性差异。手术前后SAS均分均明显高于常模 ,有极显著性差异。手术前后SAS均分与性别、年龄、职业、学历无关。结论、手术、疾病作为负性生活事件 ,影响病人的心理卫生。 Objective: To investigate the anxiety before and after cataract surgery. Methods: The anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) was used for testing. Results: The average SAS score of cataract patients before surgery was significantly higher than that of SAS after surgery, with significant difference. SAS before and after surgery were significantly higher than the normal model, a very significant difference. SAS before and after surgery were not related to sex, age, occupation, education. Conclusion, surgery, disease as a negative life event, affecting the patient’s mental health.
