目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)与β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)在2型糖尿病肾病早期中的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析在我院住院的2型糖尿病患者,根据《中国糖尿病防治指南》,将其分为2组:1组为糖尿病无肾病组(DM组),共55例,其中男性25例,女性30例。2组为糖尿病早期肾病组(DN组)(UAER<200μg/min),共68例,其中男性32例,女性36例。设立健康对照组68例,男性40例,女性28例。对这3组实验组同时进行血清CysC,血清肌酐(Scr),尿素氮(Bun)以及β2-MG检测,并对结果进行分析。结果:DM组和DN组血清CysC与β2-MG明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05),且DN组CysC与β2-MG也高于DM组(P<0.05);血清Scr和Bun在各组中的差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清CysC与β2-MG在糖尿病肾病早期中升高明显,且比血清Scr,Bun上升早,可作为糖尿病肾病早期的预测指标。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of serum cystatin C (CysC) and β2 microglobulin (β2-MG) in the early stage of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods: The type 2 diabetic patients hospitalized in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes in China, they were divided into two groups: one was diabetic nephropathy group (DM group), 55 were male, including 25 males , 30 women. Two groups were diabetic nephropathy group (DN group) (UAER <200μg / min), a total of 68 cases, including 32 males and 36 females. A healthy control group was established 68 cases, 40 males and 28 females. Serum CysC, serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (Bun) and β2-MG were detected simultaneously in these three experimental groups, and the results were analyzed. Results: The serum levels of CysC and β2-MG in DM group and DN group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P <0.05), and CysC and β2-MG in DN group were also higher than those in DM group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Serum CysC and β2-MG are significantly elevated in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy and earlier than serum Scr and Bun, which can be used as early predictors of diabetic nephropathy.
