目的 评价脊髓髓内血管畸形在血管造影上的表现。方法 对７ 例脊髓髓内血管畸形病人做了选择性脊髓血管造影检查。结果 ２ 例病变位于颈段脊髓内，５ 例在胸段脊髓内。５ 例畸形血管由脊髓前动脉供血，２ 例由脊髓后动脉供血。畸形血管位于脊髓内，呈团状，可见早期静脉引流。结论 脊髓髓内血管畸形在血管造影上有特征性表现，选择性脊髓血管造影检查可清晰显示畸形血管及供血动脉和引流静脉。
Objective To evaluate the performance of spinal intramedullary vascular malformations in angiography. Methods Selective spinal angiography was performed in 7 cases of spinal intramedullary vascular malformations. Results Two lesions were located in the cervical spinal cord and five in the thoracic spinal cord. Five cases of abnormal blood vessels were supplied by the anterior spinal artery, and two cases were supplied with blood from the spinal cord. Deformity of blood vessels located in the spinal cord, was clumped, showing early venous drainage. Conclusions Spinal cord intramedullary vascular malformations are characterized by angiography. The selective spinal angiography can clearly show the abnormal blood vessels, the feeding arteries and the drainage veins.
