《技校语文教学大纲》明确了语文学科的人文性和工具性的特点,是技校教育的“主要文化基础课”。但从技校现状出发,重技术的培养模式导致语文教育存在着学科地位边缘化,同时在教学实践中,大部分教师有意无意地强调工具性,淡化了人文性。在全面推进素质教育的今天,人文素养是学校教育的核心,学生的专业技能和职业素养决定了能否在职业能力上有所提升,所以技校语文教学应重视人文素质培养,把语文课的特点与作用发挥到最佳程度。
