目的:探讨中老年人群血清尿酸(serum uric acid,SUA)与代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MetS)的相关性。方法:采用横断面研究,对某机关1 136例40~92岁人员进行调查与体检,收集血样检测血糖、血脂谱及SUA,分析SUA与MetS各主要组分之间的关系。结果:①SUA水平随着MetS组分的增加而增高;②高SUA人群具有更大的腰围(waist circumference,WC)、腰臀比(waist-to-hip ratio,WHR)、腰围身高比(waist-to-hight ratio,WHtR)和体质指数(body mass index,BMI),以及更低的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,HDL-C)水平(P<0.01);③高SUA人群MetS患病率增高,女性组差异有显著性(P<0.01);④相关性分析显示,校正年龄和性别后,SUA与WHtR、WC、甘油三酯(triglyeride,TG)、WHR和BMI呈显著正相关,而与HDL-C呈负相关;⑤多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高血压、中心性肥胖和高TG是高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)的危险因素,女性是保护性因素。结论:中老年人群HUA多发,SUA水平升高与多种代谢指标异常密切相关,HUA是MetS的重要组成部分。SUA与MetS的相关性在女性人群中更为显著。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid (SUA) and metabolic syndrome (MetS) in middle-aged and elderly people. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate and examine 1,136 40-92-year-olds in an institution. Blood samples were collected for the detection of blood glucose, lipid profile and SUA. The relationship between SUA and major components of MetS was analyzed. Results: ①SUA levels increased with the increase of MetS components; ②Superior SUA population had more waist circumference (WC), waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), waist- to-hight ratio (WHtR), body mass index (BMI), and lower HDL-C levels (P <0.01) (P <0.01) .④The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between SUA and WHtR, WC, triglyeride (TG), WHR and BMI after adjusting for age and gender , And negatively correlated with HDL-C. (5) Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension, central obesity and high TG were risk factors of hyperuricemia (HUA), and women were protective factors. Conclusion: There are many HUA in middle-aged and elderly people, SUA level is closely related to the abnormality of many metabolic indexes. HUA is an important part of MetS. The association of SUA with MetS is even more pronounced in the female population.
