将３０例全麻病人随机分为两组，静脉推入双氢埃托菲及卡肌宁后，分别推注异丙酚２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ或硫喷妥钠５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，２分钟后行气管内插管，并观察插管前、插管即刻、插管后１、３、５分钟时的血压、心率变化。结果显示：插管即刻及插管后１、３分钟时，硫喷妥钠组的血压与入室时相比稍有上升，而异丙酚组则低于入室值，两组间有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。两组间的心率变化无显著性差异。结论：异丙酚抑制插管后的心血管反应明显优于硫喷妥钠。
