学生的健康成长不仅仅是指他们的身体成长,还包括健康的心理成长。在体育教学中,要变学生的被动接受为主动探索,充分调动学生学习的积极性、主动性,根据学生的生理心理特点采取学生乐于接受的灵活的教育方法,才能达到良好的教育效果。本文结合儿童小学期间的心理特点谈谈在小学体育教学中的心理健康呵护方法。优化课堂心理环境,促进心理健康教育1.加强教师的心理健康教育这是优化体育课堂心理环境的前提。
