对68例患者进行胰泌素-蛙皮缩胆囊肽试验以评价胰腺外分泌功能。试验开始,先静脉推注胰泌素(1CU/kg),自30～70分钟,持续静脉滴注1CU·h~(-1)·kg~(-1)胰泌素和120ng·h~ (-1)·kg~(-1)蛙皮缩胆囊肽。用双腔管插至十二指肠,分四段时间收集十二指肠液(0～15、15～30、30～50和50～70分钟)。在开始两段时间内测定十二指肠液排量和碳酸氢盐浓度,后两段时间内测定排量、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶。在注射胰泌素前,注射后30、45和75分
