通过对不同社会阶层家庭在优质高中择校实现能力、学生家庭对于收费择校政策与收费标准的合理性调查,结果表明,一方面是择校导致了明显的教育机会不公的现实,另一方面又是包括利益明显受损的弱势群体的大多数民众对于现有择校政策的支持。对这两种现象间存在反差的原因进行剖析,有助于准确把握当前高中阶段择校现象的实质,而给弱势群体以更多入学机会保障是未来择校政策改革的主要方向。
Through the investigation of families with different social strata in high schools and their ability to choose schools and the reasonableness of their families’ policies and fees, the results show that on the one hand, school choice leads to obvious reality of unfair educational opportunities; on the other hand, It is also the support of the majority of the public including the vulnerable school groups whose interests have been significantly impaired. An analysis of the reasons for the contrast between the two phenomena helps to accurately grasp the substance of the phenomenon of school choice in the current senior high schools while ensuring more access to the disadvantaged groups is the main direction for policy reform in school choice.
