根据法律法规及相关政策,烟草商业企业分别设立了省级、市级、县级机构。如何运用绩效管理工具,提升企业核心竞争力,是摆在烟草商业企业,以及广大大型企业管理者面前必须思考的问题。通过对市级烟草商业企业绩效管理运行中的突出问题加以关注,以理论知识为指导,结合在实践中积累的经验及思考,进行分析,并提出五项解决措施。
According to laws and regulations and related policies, tobacco business enterprises have set up provincial, municipal and county-level agencies respectively. How to use the performance management tools to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is a problem that must be considered in the tobacco commercial enterprises and the managers of large enterprises. Through paying attention to the prominent problems in the performance management of tobacco commercial enterprises at municipal level, guided by the theoretical knowledge, combined with the accumulated experience and thinking in practice, the paper analyzes and puts forward five solutions.
