以难于分型和出模的大型复杂结构铝合金零件为例,介绍了铝合金挤压铸造模具的设计方法。铸件采用中心底注式的方式浇注,用液压侧向分型抽芯机构来完成4个侧向的抽芯动作,4个锁模柱提供侧向锁模力。在此基础上通过有限元分析验证了该类模具设计制造的可行性。模具结构简单,动作可靠。结果能为大型复杂零件挤压铸造模具设计提供一种可供选择的技术途径。
Taking the large complex structure aluminum alloy parts which are hard to type and die as an example, the design method of extrusion die for aluminum alloy is introduced. The castings are cast in the center-bottom injection mode, and four lateral core-pulling actions are performed with the hydraulic lateral-type core-pulling mechanism. The four clamping columns provide lateral clamping force. Based on this, the feasibility of design and manufacture of this kind of mold is verified by finite element analysis. Mold structure is simple, reliable action. The result can provide an alternative technical approach for the design of extrusion dies for large and complex parts.
