纳米材料的制备已成为当今材料领域的一个热点,探索条件温和、形态和粒径及其分布可控、产率高的制备方法是这方面研究的首要任务。在模板法制备中,由于生物大分子具有外形多样化(管状、链状、球形等)、尺寸小(纳米级)、自组装生物模板形貌重复性高等优点,近年来引起了研究者的广泛关注。本文利用DNA模板在温和的条件下,成功地制备了PbS纳米线,并且用透射电子显微镜(TEM)等手段对制备的产物进行了表征,这为纳米材料的制备提供了一条新的思路。
Preparation of nanomaterials has become a hot area in the field of materials. Exploration of preparation conditions with mild conditions, controlled morphology and particle size, controlled distribution and high yield are the most important tasks in this field. In the preparation of template method, biomacromolecule has been widely researched in recent years due to the advantages of diverse shapes (such as tubular shape, chain shape and spherical shape), small size (nanometer scale) and high self-assembly biological template topography. attention. In this paper, PbS nanowires were successfully prepared under mild conditions using DNA templates. The prepared products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), which provided a new idea for the preparation of nanomaterials.
